The unique 5-star Hotel Růže is located in the Renaissance building of the former Jesuit College from the 16th century. The masterfully reconstructed Renaissance interior provides hotel guests with the romance and beauty of the past while maintaining all comforts and luxuries of the 21st century.

Hotel guests may enjoy a restaurant, a Knightly Hall, the Jesuit Hall (for conferences), the Rotary Room, the Vilém of Rožmberk parlor, the summer terrace above the Vltava River, the lobby bar, the wellness center with a swimming pool, and a hair salon.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be arranged directly at the  Hotel Růže and is included in the registration fee.

INDICATION OF INTEREST

If you only wish to be currently informed on Conference news or if you wish to submit a paper please fill in the Application Form. You will receive a personal password which will give you access to your personal user pages of the Conference.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Application for presentation of a paper must be submitted only with use of the interactive form. Every application must be accompanied by a 1-2 page summary in English.

HOW TO PREPARE THE SUMMARY

Summary has to be prepared on sheet(s) of A4 size (297x210 mm) with all margins equal to 25 mm. The single spaced text should be typed in Times New Roman font with use of the MS-Word editor. The PostScript (type 1 font), RTF, or PDF formats are also accepted.

Start at the top with the title of your contribution (non-capitalised, left aligned, bold, size 14 pts.). All the following text should be justified, with non-bold font, size 12 pts. Skip two lines below title and type the author’s name(s). Underline the author delivering the paper. On a new line, give the affiliation of each author with a sufficient postal address; telephone, fax, and e-mail connections are desirable. Then, skip two lines and begin your summary text.

At least one full page is required, however, maximum two pages are allowed for the summary. You can locate any text, equations, figures, references, etc. within the area available (247x160 mm).

Important: The author is responsible for the text of her/his summary and its appropriate graphical design. The summary that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and the author will be notified.

PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION FEES

The conference fee will be all-inclusive: transport from Prague to the venue and back, accommodation in a 5* hotel (Hotel Růže), all meals including conference dinner, coffee breaks, proceedings and access to the scientific sessions.

Cancellation and refunds

The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10 % to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Congress is cancelled in writing before 25 July 2012. No refund will be granted after this date.
